Payment for services is due at the time of the visit. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal (info@fitlifewellnessllc.com).

Cancellation policy

We understand that we may sometimes appointments have to be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please call or email us (404) 807-2770 or info@fitlifewellnessllc.com at least 24-hours in advance.

If you miss an appointment or cancel without giving a 24-hours notice, you will be charged the full amount for a session.

It is very important that you are on time for your session. We respect patient schedules, so please note that there may be a session booked directly after yours. If you arrive late, your session time may be shorter. Please communicate with us as soon as you are aware that you may be late.
