FitLife Wellness, LLC provides services to clients ages 18 and up, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual preference or background. Prior to your first session, we will complete an assessment of your specific counseling needs and schedule your first appointment. Be sure to complete the required forms before your first visit.

Individual sessions are held in an office setting or online, including an initial assessment and ongoing individual counseling sessions.
